I spent a few days in the pretty city of Boston this summer. We didn’t do much eating out in the city but I did still find a few restaurants with gluten free options. I also spent quite a bit of time exploring local supermarkets for interesting gluten free foods with which we could prepare

Prepacked Sushi

One of my favourite lunchtime snacks is prepacked Sushi, which I normally buy from Tesco, Asda or Sainsburys. It’s also something I normally buy to take with me when I travel.  I know that generally Sushi is natually gluten free, especially Nigiri which is simply raw fish and rice, but can I be sure that all of the ingredients that
