John and I packed our bags and headed south of the equator to live and travel in South America for the second half of 2010. We rented an apartment in the absolutely vibrant and beautiful Buenos Aires for three months after which we headed south to travel through and explore the rest of Argentina! Patagonia truly is one of the most stunning places on earth. From Tierra Del Fuego at the bottom of the world to Salta in the north of the country, we took our time exploring and came across more tasty gluten free surprises than I could ever have hoped for in this amazing celiac friendly country. If you ever have the chance to travel to Argentina, take it!
