John and I spent a week travelling through Chile. We spent a few days in colourful, hilly Valparaiso then travelled to the north of the country to San Pedro de Atacama. We biked through the driest place on the earth, the Atacama dessert. This part of the world is fascinating and beautiful. This is what we discovered on our gluten free trip through Chile. Whilst possibly not the most celiac friendly country to travel to there are still many gluten free goodies to be discovered. If you get the chance to travel to Chile, say yes! It’s amazing.
