John and I spent a long weekend in Uruguay in 2011. I knew very little about Uruguay before going there but it had to be explored as it lies only an hour away from Buenos Aires, by boat. We spent one day in Colonia and two in the capital, Montevideo. These are the gluten free products and places I found here.
