No matter where, when, how and for how long you’re travelling, when you’re on a strict gluten free diet having at least some safe, gluten free supplies with you is a must. We can’t always rely on finding some place safe to eat or buy food, especially when we can’t be as flexible as travellers without dietary restrictions.  Here are some of the gluten free foods I take when I’m on my gluten free travels.
