Gluten Free Sausage Risotto

Preparing the risotto

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • Gluten Free sausages
  • Cup of rice
  • Half an onion
  • Can of tomatoes
  • One large pepper
  • 250g mushrooms
  • Crushed chilli or your favourite seasoning

How to make it

  • Grill or fry sausages for 10 mins or until cooked
  • Put cup of rice and can of tomatoes in a medium pot and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is soft
  • Slice onion, pepper and mushrooms and fry with a little oil
  • Add cooked vegetables to rice/tomatoes
  • Season with crushed chilli
  • Serve risotto with sausages and enjoy! (Alternatively chop up sausages and mix into risotto before serving)
