Preparing the risotto
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Gluten Free sausages
- Cup of rice
- Half an onion
- Can of tomatoes
- One large pepper
- 250g mushrooms
- Crushed chilli or your favourite seasoning
How to make it
- Grill or fry sausages for 10 mins or until cooked
- Put cup of rice and can of tomatoes in a medium pot and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is soft
- Slice onion, pepper and mushrooms and fry with a little oil
- Add cooked vegetables to rice/tomatoes
- Season with crushed chilli
- Serve risotto with sausages and enjoy! (Alternatively chop up sausages and mix into risotto before serving)
Sausage and spicy tomato risotto
