Gluten free dinner time for me tends to involve a lot of different veggies plus tofu, egg, beans, meat, fish or a combination. In terms of gluten free grains I like rice, quinoa and amaranth. My favourite gluten free dinner of all time is probably chilli con carne. I also love egg, veggie and kimchi fried rice! Simple, tasty and a great way to use up leftover vegetables. Every now and again (like yesterday!) nothing beats a big bowl of gluten free cereal for dinner! 😀
To keep meals interesting and to introduce new gluten free foods into my diet I’m always looking for new ideas to try. Yesterday I asked you what you like to eat for gluten free dinner and this is what you said. Perhaps some of these ideas will inspire your next gluten free meal…

Oct 23rd, 2012I have a few staples but particularly enjoy Chilli Con Carne (good choice) as well as Thai curry or Indian. A lot of Indian food uses GF flour such as chickpea and rice. GF pasta can make for a quick meal but I also tend to eat a lot more fish and veg now too.
