What Do Celiacs Eat For Dinner?

Chilli con carne

Honey pork

Gluten free dinner time for me tends to involve a lot of different veggies plus tofu, egg, beans, meat, fish or a combination. In terms of gluten free grains I like rice, quinoa and amaranth. My favourite gluten free dinner of all time is probably chilli con carne. I also love egg, veggie and kimchi fried rice! Simple, tasty and a great way to use up leftover vegetables. Every now and again (like yesterday!) nothing beats a big bowl of gluten free cereal for dinner! 😀

To keep meals interesting and to introduce new gluten free foods into my diet I’m always looking for new ideas to try. Yesterday I asked you what you like to eat for gluten free dinner and this is what you said. Perhaps some of these ideas will inspire your next gluten free meal…

I have a few staples but particularly enjoy Chilli Con Carne (good choice) as well as Thai curry or Indian. A lot of Indian food uses GF flour such as chickpea and rice. GF pasta can make for a quick meal but I also tend to eat a lot more fish and veg now too.
