Gluten Free Norway
Our rally (5000 miles from Scotland to Estonia in a £100 Ford Escort!) took us through the entirety of Norway and what an amazingly beautiful country it is. For anyone living in or travelling to the UK, here is a list  of some of the gluten free cereals sold in the UK. You should be able to find a selection of these cereals in most big supermarkets like Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s. Usually they keep them in the ‘Free From’ section
